Truvizy is an AI-powered media authenticity analysis platform. We analyze videos (via URL from platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X), images (via direct upload of JPEG, PNG, and WebP files), audio files, PDF documents, websites, and email inboxes for signs of manipulation, deepfakes, AI-generated content, and scam indicators. Our analysis provides probability-based trust scores and should not be considered definitive proof of manipulation or authenticity. Results are for informational purposes only. Truvizy also provides fact-check claim verification, a community feed where users can share scan results and vote on accuracy, a Share Experience system for reporting scam encounters (video, audio, document, or text), a Community Rewards Program with contributor tiers and credit earnings, a Scam Bounty Board, a Threat Intelligence Engine, a gamification system with XP, levels, badges, and missions, a Telegram bot and Chrome extension for multi-platform access, and an education platform with safety resources and a knowledge center.
You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login or allow others to access your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Truvizy. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Truvizy offers a free tier with limited deep scan credits (3 lifetime credits upon signup, plus the ability to earn additional credits through referrals, streaks, missions, and sharing). Free-tier users may see advertisements. Paid subscriptions include Scan Pro at $4.99/month (or $44.99/year), Family Plan at $12.99/month (or $116.99/year) with a 120-credit pool shared across up to 4 members, and Forensic at $24.99/month (or $224.99/year) with 400 deep scans, PDF export, and API access. Paid plans provide additional deep scan credits, an ad-free experience, and premium features. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The Family Plan allows a designated organizer to manage billing, invite up to 4 family members, and administer a shared deep scan credit pool. The organizer is responsible for all charges on the Family Plan, including any extra members added beyond the initial 4 at $3.99/month per additional member. The organizer may remove members at any time. Removed members lose access to the shared credit pool immediately. Each family member maintains their own account, scan history, badges, and XP. The organizer does not have access to individual members scan history or results.
The Forensic tier is designed for professional and team use. Each Forensic subscription includes 3 team seats. The team administrator manages invitations, assigns roles (admin or member), and controls team-level settings. Forensic subscribers may export scan data in CSV, JSON, and PDF formats. API access is provided subject to documented rate limits. Abuse or excessive usage may result in temporary throttling or suspension. Webhook configuration is available for programmatic integration. API keys and webhook endpoints are the responsibility of the account holder to secure.
Deep scan credits are used for cloud-based AI analysis. Each deep scan costs 1 credit. Previously analyzed content (cached scans) costs 0.5 credits. Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. One-time credit top-ups are available and do not expire. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Free users can earn additional deep scan credits through engagement activities: referring friends (+2 per referral, up to 10 lifetime total), sharing scan results (+1, up to 5 per month), maintaining a 7-day login streak (+2, up to 2 per month), completing weekly missions (+1, up to 4 per month), and watching rewarded ads (+1, up to 2 per day and 10 per month). Truvizy reserves the right to modify the earnable credit system at any time.
You may not use Truvizy to violate any applicable laws or regulations, harass, defame, or invade the privacy of others, attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our AI models or detection algorithms, circumvent rate limits or abuse the service, submit content you do not have the right to analyze, or use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without prior written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All Truvizy software, AI models, detection algorithms, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Truvizy. You retain ownership of any media you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant Truvizy a temporary, limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.
Truvizy includes a community feed where users can share scan results, react, comment, vote on accuracy, and participate in the Bounty Board. By participating, you agree to not post harassing, abusive, or threatening content, not spam or post misleading information, not impersonate other users, not post content that violates any applicable laws, not post illegal content including child exploitation material, terrorism, or extreme violence. All community content is subject to automated moderation (text analysis, evasion detection, AI classification) and community reporting. Posts receiving multiple reports may be automatically hidden or removed. Repeat violations result in progressive enforcement: warning, temporary suspension (24 hours to 30 days), or permanent community ban. Banned users retain access to scanning features but lose community posting privileges. Your Trust Score (accuracy reputation) may be affected by community guideline violations.
By submitting experiences to Truvizy including video, audio, documents, images, or text, you grant Truvizy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes of scam prevention, community safety, service improvement, and educational awareness. You retain ownership of your original content and may request its removal at any time, subject to our data retention policies.
Truvizy is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of our analysis results. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from reliance on our analysis. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount you paid for your subscription plan in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Truvizy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Truvizy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Quebec, Canada, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Truvizy.
